Challenging wrongful convictions. Guiding the path to licensure.

I am a California attorney focused on wrongful conviction advocacy and post-conviction matters, and I support bar exam candidates working to overcome one of the most challenging barriers to entering the legal profession. My path to the law began in the corporate world, but a desire to do more meaningful, impact-driven work led me to law school. I attended law school while working full-time and passed the California Bar Exam on my first attempt — an experience that continues to shape my approach to both advocacy and teaching. With a background in corporate contract negotiation, I bring a disciplined, analytical approach to complex legal challenges. My work is grounded in strategy, clarity, and a commitment to meaningful outcomes.

While these services are distinct, both involve high-stakes moments where outcomes can shape the course of a person’s life and future. Each requires careful analysis, a disciplined process, strategic judgement, and a deep respect for the long-term impact outcomes have on a person’s life and future.

This practice was built on the belief that legal and educational support should be delivered with integrity, clarity, and a steady commitment to each individual’s goals.

This firm is intentionally small, values‑driven, and built to support individuals facing complex legal challenges and pivotal professional transitions.

One Practice, One Philosophy

These areas of work are guided by the same core principles:

  • Client autonomy over convenience

  • Clarity over complexity

  • Preparation over reaction

  • Respect for the human impact of legal decisions

A Consistent Approach Across Different Work

Whether I am reviewing a conviction that has altered the course of someone’s life or working with a bar exam candidate to improve performance and build a path forward, my role remains the same: to apply the law thoughtfully, act with integrity, and support individuals through critical turning points.

Good legal work is built on trust, clarity, and advocacy. Whether challenging a wrongful conviction or helping a bar candidate overcome one of the final barriers to entering the profession, my role is the same: to stand beside my clients and guide them with skill, clarity, and integrity.
